• Outputs are informational and planning-oriented only.
• The service does not replace legal, surveying, engineering, permit, valuation, or investment advice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate signup information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• We may suspend access if an account is used to abuse the service or interfere with other users.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to break, scrape at abusive volume, or reverse engineer private systems behind Plat Num.
• Do not use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or contractual obligations.
• Do not misrepresent generated reports as guaranteed, permit-ready conclusions.

Data and Reports

• You retain responsibility for the parcel searches, scenario choices, and report exports you request.
• We may store account activity and generated report snapshots so the service can function, stay secure, and support future account features.

Plat Num is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for useful parcel screening, but we do not warrant that every zoning interpretation, data source, or generated output is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plat Num will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the service.
